Jewell Marceau (born in Virginia Beach, Virginia) is a pornographic director, producer and performer who has been actively performing, in mostly fetish and BDSM film productions since the mid-1990s. Marceau grew up in Virginia Beach in a conservative Christian family. She started appearing in girl-girl adult films under the pseudonym “Scarlett Fever” at age 20.
