Iris Highsmith (aka Iris Blair, Iris Greene) was a qualified florist and a singer in a bar. She was condemned by a corrupt judge for a traffic offence, cattled in the Dearing Farm, trained at the Dearing Slave School, sold and resold finally as a house slave to Vlad Boier, owner of Julie O’Brian. Iris has a low slave status as she must obey the other slaves and also work for them.
